Two good interviews- each held with 2 senior Ensur people- result in a job offer. There are no questionnaires, no psychological tests, no forced competition between candidates.
During the interviews we typically dig into a candidate's interest in the insurance sector, in business analysis, project management and of course in Ensur. Applicable candidates are invited to talk about their experiences and to which extend these could be usefull for Ensur.
