You are an ambitious professional with a keen interest and a proven track record in insurance. As expert in digital transformation, you will support insurance companies realizing their ambition for operational excellence by designing by translating the digital strategy into a concrete action plan and taking care of the implementation: design the client’s optimal digital journey, define the right business and technology architecture, lead implementation projects.

As a digital transformation expert you will:

• Advise clients on their digital strategy and on how they can increase digital maturity
• Work with clients to translate strategy into a roadmap, and help them navigate data migration trajectories
• Work in or lead teams to deliver digital transformation projects
• Manage different stakeholders, internal and external and across functional domains.

Required Profile

• You have at least 5 years of relevant experience with digital transformation in the insurance sector
• You can talk to both technical as well as business stakeholders
• You are able to manage several projects in parallel
• You have a good knowledge of Dutch, English and French
• You are proactive and result-oriented
• You possess a professional and effective oral and written communication style
• You like variety in your job and you are flexible
• You are enthusiastic, eager to learn, driven and customer-oriented.
